Sale Price, Discounts and Costs
The sale price including taxes, any discount applied and the shipping/delivery cost are shown separately on the basket and checkout screens before the order is completed.
Payment Methods
The order is completed with one of the payment methods offered on the Site (bank transfer/EFT or credit card).
Delivery Method and Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are shipped within a target of 2 working days of payment confirmation. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is approximately 2 working days; this may vary depending on the delivery area and the carrier's operating conditions. The shipping fee is TL 350.00 and is shown to the customer before the order is completed. Shipping is free on product orders of TL 10,000 or more, excluding membership packages.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the delivery date of the product. The use of the right of withdrawal and its exceptions are explained in detail in the Distance Sales Agreement and on the Cancellation, Returns and Right of Withdrawal page.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
Notice of withdrawal is sent to the Seller through the "Create Return Request" system on the Site, or at greenleafizmir@gmail.com or adeliondigital@hs01.kep.tr.
Returns Process
After notice of withdrawal, the product is sent to the return address given; the price is refunded within the statutory periods, using the method used for payment.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that by their nature cannot be returned, that spoil quickly, or whose protective packaging/seal has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. This exception is assessed according to the specific product; no general "category cannot be returned" rule applies.

Dispute Resolution Routes
In disputes, within the monetary limits, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the place of residence are competent.
