2. Definitions

Seller: The party identified above who offers the products. Buyer/Consumer: The party who places an order for non-commercial and non-professional purposes. Site: the greenleafizmir.com website. Distance Contract: A contract concluded by remote communication means, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer.

3. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties relating to the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer electronically on the Site, within the framework of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The main features, ingredients and usage information of the products are given on the relevant product pages on the Site and are also shown to the Buyer during ordering.

7. Order and Payment

The Buyer places their order electronically through the Site. Payment method: (selected payment method). Before the final step that creates a payment obligation, the Buyer is shown the total price and order summary and their confirmation is obtained.

8. Delivery

Orders are shipped within a target of 2 working days of payment confirmation. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is approximately 2 working days; this may vary depending on the delivery area and the carrier's operating conditions. The shipping fee is TL 350.00 and is shown to the customer before the order is completed. Shipping is free on product orders of TL 10,000 or more, excluding membership packages. Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer: (delivery address).

9. Right of Withdrawal

Except for statutory exceptions, from the date the product is delivered to the Buyer or to a third party at the address given by the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

10. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by notifying the Seller through the "Create Return Request" system on the Site, the email address greenleafizmir@gmail.com or the KEP address adeliondigital@hs01.kep.tr. 11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that by their nature cannot be returned, that spoil quickly or whose expiry date may pass, or products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. This exception applies only where the protective element has actually been opened and the product is specifically unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons; it does not categorically mean that all personal care, cosmetic or hygiene products cannot be returned. Whether this exception applies to a product is stated separately on the product page and before ordering.

12. Returns Process

A Buyer who exercises the right of withdrawal sends the product to the return address within 10 days of the notice of withdrawal. Where possible, the product is sent with its original packaging, invoice and any standard accessories. The return shipping cost is not charged to the Buyer as long as the carrier specified by the Seller in the pre-information is used.

13. Refund of the Price

Within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal reaching the Seller, all payments collected, including delivery costs, are refunded using the method the Buyer used to pay. No cost or obligation is imposed on the Buyer for the refund.

14. Defective, Damaged or Wrong Product

If a defective, damaged or non-conforming product is delivered, the Buyer's optional rights under Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement with a non-defective equivalent, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract) are reserved. These rights are independent of the right of withdrawal and are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period; they can be exercised within the limitation periods set by law.

15. Force Majeure

Events outside the reasonable control of the parties that cannot be foreseen or prevented in advance, such as natural disasters, fire, war, epidemics, official authority decisions and infrastructure/communication outages, are considered force majeure. In the event of force majeure, the affected party notifies the other party within a reasonable time; obligations are postponed to the extent of the effect of the force majeure, or the contract may be terminated by mutual agreement.

16. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal data obtained during the order process is processed for the scope and purposes described in the KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. The relevant texts can be reached from the Site footer.

17. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller are competent; for disputes exceeding these limits, the Consumer Courts are competent.

18. Entry into Force

By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force at the moment the Buyer confirms the order electronically.
