Cancellation, Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation, where possible, from My Account or through greenleafizmir@gmail.com / 0553 173 79 17.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
How to Give Notice of Withdrawal
You can use the "Create Return Request" system on the Site, or send written notice to greenleafizmir@gmail.com / adeliondigital@hs01.kep.tr.
How to Create a Return Request
On the Create Return Request page you can start your request by giving your order number and the reason for the return; your request will be reviewed and we will get back to you.
Sending the Product for Return
You can send the product, where possible with its original packaging, invoice and any standard accessories, packed so that it will not be damaged in transit, to Konak Mahallesi, 848. Sokak, Beyler Çarşısı ve İşhanı No:72, İç Kapı No:205, Konak / İzmir.
Return Shipping Process
If you use the carrier specified in the pre-information, the return shipping cost will not be charged to you. If you choose a different carrier, the shipping cost may be yours.
Refund of the Price
Within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal reaching us, you will be refunded by the method you paid with, at no additional cost to you.
Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product
If a defective, damaged or wrong product is delivered, your statutory rights (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract) are independent of the right of withdrawal and are not limited to the 14-day period.
Cases Where There Is No Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that by their nature cannot be returned, for products that spoil quickly, and for products whose protective packaging/seal/tape has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. This is assessed according to the specific product.
