ADELİON DİJİTAL PAZARLAMA GIDA KOZMETİK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the "Company") processes the personal data described below as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Personal Data Processed

Depending on your transactions on the Site, identity details, contact details, delivery details, billing details, customer transaction/order information, request and complaint information, transaction security information and (only where the relevant legal conditions are met) marketing preferences may be processed.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your data is processed to carry out order and membership processes, perform the contract, carry out delivery and invoicing, manage customer requests/complaints, ensure transaction security and fulfil legal obligations. Where you have given explicit consent, it may also be processed for marketing communications.

Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest. Processing for marketing purposes is carried out only where you have given explicit consent.

Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your data may be transferred, within the principles set out in KVKK, to shipping/logistics service providers to fulfil the order, to the relevant bank/payment institution to carry out payment transactions, to the service providers from whom we obtain hosting and technical infrastructure services, and to authorised public bodies and institutions where we are legally obliged.

Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your data is collected electronically, provided directly by you, through the membership, order, payment and contact forms on the Site.

Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it if processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK; request that the actions taken be notified to the parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and request compensation for damage if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
